"1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience with Wakefit (Order no: ORDER202507dTlMze) I visited the Wakefit experience center and placed an order for a hydraulic bed on their website, but was advised by the store personnel to cancel the online order and place it through the store for priority service and quick resolution of any issues. I did so, expecting a smooth experience. However, when the bed was delivered, it was missing a crucial part (hydraulic hardware). I immediately raised a complaint with the store personnel, who assured me that the issue would be resolved within 2 days. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Despite multiple follow-ups, the store personnel stopped responding to my calls and messages. The customer service team created random tickets, but no progress was made. They later informed me that I would have to wait 7-8 business days for the missing part to arrive and be installed. It's been over 2 weeks since the product was delivered with a missing part, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. I'm disappointed that Wakefit failed to deliver on their promises and provide adequate customer service. Warning: Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with Wakefit and consider alternative options."

He was polite and patient with us, answered all our queries and guided us towards our mattress. The store had a good collection for sofas, bed, and all our furniture of most of the items.
